TEST FITS

We often provide test fit plans to potential clients, landlords and real estate leasing professionals. This is a great tool for clients to understand what their new space could look given current workplace trends. It also provides them with comfort that the real estate option they are considering will cater to their needs. Our team will prepare the programming requirements through interviews and discussions with our client which will then feed into the most suitable floor plan for that space. As a differentiator, we include a 3-D visual plan to complete the test fit package. This, we have found, is a great visual representation for our clients and truly helps them see the big picture.
